Shoeboxes for the Community

Sunbeams and Lil' Sprouts Pack Shoeboxes.

Lifeline's Sunbeams (three-year-olds),  Lil'Sprouts (four-year-olds), and Kid Connection (kindergarten and first graders) recently packed shoeboxes for a local school to give to children in need in our community. They asked the school how many boxes were needed, and then the class got to fill the boxes with lots of fun and needed things for the kids in our community. It was a blessing both for those giving (as you can see from the looks on these cuties' faces) and those receiving. We got a thank you message from Fair Oak School. This is what it said:

THANK YOU for providing the gifts for our 23 students in the backpack program! I really appreciate you and your church for providing this service!

We are so glad that our children at Lifeline are learning at a very early age what it means to live generously and to give to our community! Thank you, Kids' ministry teachers, for making a difference here at Lifeline.
